SUBSTANCE: device for transmitting information has digital information sensors (1), a clock unit (2), a signal multiplexing unit (3), an oscillator (5), a phase-shift keyer unit (5), a switch (7), a transmitter (8), as well as a code converter (6), whose clock input is connected to the output of clock unit, the data input is connected to the output of the signal multiplexing unit, and the output is connected to the control input of the switch, wherein the code converter generates at its output a control signal, which is obtained via non-redundant coding of the multiplexed signal, which is carried out such that duration of symbols of the control signal is equal to the duration of symbols of the multiplexed signal, wherein the control signal is shifted from the multiplexed signal by half the symbol duration, wherein time instants for replacing logic levels in the multiplexed and control signals do not match on time.

EFFECT: sharing of different types of logical encoding of binary codes without introducing structure redundancy into the sent messages increases reliability of transmitting information.
