FIELD: communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telemetry, communication engineering and can be used in systems for transmitting data over communication channels. To reduce transmission time along a message channel, the transmitted original signal is divided into even and odd bits, odd-numbered bits are transmitted encoded using combined phase-frequency keying, and for transmission of even bits horizontal and (or) vertical polarization of odd bit preceding to them is used in signal transmitted along communication channel. Information transmission device comprises digital information sensors (1), synchronization unit (2), signals compaction unit (3), code converter (4), oscillation generator (5), phase manipulators unit (6), switch (7), transmitter (8), antenna switch control device (9), high-speed antenna switch (10), vertical polarization antenna (11), horizontal polarization antenna (12).
EFFECT: high speed of transmitting information.
