FIELD: telemetering, communication engineering, transmission systems using communication channels. SUBSTANCE: carrier is subjected to angular modulation by transmitted message including phase and frequency keying. Sensors are used to shape transmitted message. Control signal is shaped upon synchronizing and multiplexing messages. Multiplex signal is controlled by phase keying of carrier and shaped control signal, by frequency keying of carrier.
