FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of large intestinal reservoir in low anterior resection of rectum. After ablation of tumour stump of large intestine is placed into the cavity of pelvis minor. With 8-10 cm proximal indent from stump edge on counter-mesenteric edge straight colorectal anastomosis is formed. Through anus and lumen of formed anastomosis basic part of circular stapler is brought 5 cm higher than anastomosis. Stylet of circular stapler is installed in large intestine stump. End of large intestine stump is anastomosed into side of large intestine 5 cm higher than straight colorectal anastomosis.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of impairment of reservoir-accumulative function.
