FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and may be used for preparing a dilated rectal ampulla stump in mechanical resection. Two sequential liner staplers CONTOUR at an angle 45°C to an intestinal axis in the same plane on the rectal ampulla within a planned resection zone. At first, the linear stapler is applied on a left intestinal semi-circle at an angle 45°C to the intestinal axis; a half of intestinal lumen is sutured. The second linear stapler is applied on a right intestinal semi-circle at an angle 45°C to the intestinal axis; a second half of intestinal lumen is sutured. A basic component of a stapling apparatus is delivered transanally. A stylette of the stapling apparatus is brought outside within a junction of mechanical sutures. The formation of a circular anastomosis is terminated. A semi-purse suture is applied along a right semi-circle of the anastomosis with immersing the excessive intestinal stump. A second semi-purse suture is applied along a left semi-circle of the anastomosis with immersing the second excessive intestinal stump.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of developing fecal peritonitis.
