SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of new sorption materials on the base of carbon nanotubes and may be used for extraction of actinide and rare-earth metal elements from solutions. Proposed method comprises impregnating carbon nanotubes by organophosphorous ligands in mixing in medium of 3.0-8.0 M HNO3 at reagent-carrier ratio of (0.175-1.0):1.0 and rinsing the product by triple amount of 3.0-8.0 M HNO3.
