SUBSTANCE: for the manufacture of parts of gravel pumps the cast iron contains, by wt %: carbon 3.6-4.0, silicon 1.0-1.2, manganese 0.2-0.3, chromium 18.0-20.0; nickel 0.3-0.5, niobium 0.3-0.5, zirconium 0.3-0.5, boron 0.9-1.1, tellurium 0.002-0.003; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: increased hardness of cast iron.
