FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: element is made in the form of a block to form floor surface and/or ceiling surface. The element is made as capable of resting against bearing beams spaced from each other and included into the composition of the bearing structure or the frame structure. The frame is made of metal and with its dedicated metal parts of the frame is arranged as capable of embracing the slab. The slab is made of concrete material. Opposite metal parts of the frame, isolated into the metal frame, are made as capable of forming a fixed support for a row of metal shapes. The concrete slab is made as capable of fixation with pressure and/or a fixing device. Between two parts of the frame there are shapes to form element sections between them. A fireproof concrete section is arranged between aligned adjacent soundproof and heat insulation mats.
EFFECT: lower height and weight, provision of stiffness, sound insulation, fire protection.
