FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to the factory manufacturing reinforced concrete box units for civil engineering, and can be used to manufacturing concrete box units of the "cap" type, which are used in modular building. Method comprises assembling a reinforcement unit to which the embedded parts and lifting loops are attached, electrical installation works on the ready-made reinforcement unit, preparing the surface of the molding panels of the molding machine for work, installation of outer panels and a core into the working position, and the concreting the unit. Heat treatment and stripping are performed. And when installing the core in the working position, reinforcement grids and frames are attached to it. Units are concreted by laying a concrete mixture around the perimeter in several layers, both from above and from below, with the height of each layer of not more than 1/3 of the height of the molding machine, with consolidation of the concrete mixture laid in the compartments, along the perimeter by vibrating along the sides of each layer alternately for at least 15 s, with an interval of 3–15 s in the zones of saturated reinforcement, with aligning a floor slab of the reinforced concrete unit, by covering the ceiling of the reinforced concrete unit with a canopy after its alignment. Heat treatment is carried out without prior exposure with the supply of heat-carrier-steam, raising its pressure to a temperature of 80–90 °C for 1–1.5 hours, with the stage of isothermal exposure, at a constant temperature for 4.5–5 hours. Produced reinforced concrete unit consists of two bearing longitudinal and two bearing transverse walls with openings for windows and/or openings for doors, top floors, smoothly turning into a balcony plate, a monolithic console, having a trapezoidal shape, on each bearing longitudinal or bearing transverse walls. And before stripping, the surface of the plate is polished to the surface, which allows to lay linoleum on a heat-sound-proof basis without additional work on the construction site. After stripping interior partitions, walls of lift shafts, stair beams and marches are installed, and embedded parts are connected by metal plates, points of welded joints of prefabricated elements, including embedded ones, and the connecting parts are cemented with cement-sand mortar. Then small shells are ground on the surface of the balcony console and it is painted with facade paint. Heating units – radiators and profile-baguette for fixing stretch ceilings are placed. Bearing bracket with a dowel-nail is fixed for subsequent fastening metal cassettes. Heater is installed. Guide profiles are fastened to the adjusting brackets. PVC window, balcony door, metal cassettes are mounted from the bottom row, bottom up. External slopes are installed along the perimeter of the window block, heating units are installed on the fastening elements. Profile-baguette for stretch ceilings is mounted.
EFFECT: increased factory readiness for use with improved surface quality, concrete strength and labor productivity.
