FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to translucent balconies (loggias) and can be used for selective warming of "cold" glazing of balconies of the constructed building with an aluminum profile system without changing architecture of its facade. Method of balcony insulation with glazing aluminum profile system is carried out by installation of metal-plastic window structures tightly to aluminum profile system to form a single structure. First, the opening flaps are dismounted on an aluminum profile system and metal corners, one per each vertical profile of metal-plastic window structures, are installed on the base of the balcony along the edge of the flooring perpendicular to each static amplifier of the aluminum profile system. Sealing material is attached to vertical and horizontal profiles of aluminum profile system. Further, metal-plastic window structures are installed between static amplifiers of aluminum profile system with a gap between static amplifier and end of metal-plastic window structure. Gaps are sealed and closed by plates, after which from outer side of opening flap along perimeter metal cover is mounted.
EFFECT: proposed method allows maximum preservation of initial area of balcony and eliminating misting of glass.
