SUBSTANCE: device includes hollow housing with guide nose on lower end and ring-type collar in upper part installed on housing with possibility of axial displacement of cones, grabbing slips with flexible links located on cone which upper ends are attached to housing and lower ends are connected to slips, unit of flexible links fixation in relation to the housing and sealing unit with sealing element located on guide nose, sleeve installed on housing with possibility of interaction with sealing element and cone. Flexible links are made in the form of rope and unit of their fixation in relation to the housing - in the form of wedge mechanism attached to outer surface of the housing. Ring-type collar of the housing is designed with longitudinal slots for flexible links. Tubing spear is provided with adjusting ring installed on ring-type collar and designed with openings for flexible links in coincidence with longitudinal slots of ring-type collar, support compression spring and adjustment spring located correspondingly between movable cone and sleeve and between housing ring-type collar and slips.
