FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method includes production of residue, extraction of the produced residue by any marine fuel with a dispersing additive and monitoring of extraction process by value of an information indicator, besides, the information indicator is optical density of a sample, for this purpose the residue is produced by centrifugation in two flasks from a reference residual fuel, from which the residue and walls of the flasks are washed by flushing with a petroleum ether without damage of the residue structure, to extract the residue, two portions of marine diesel fuel are prepared for high-speed diesel engines, one of which does not contain a dispersing additive, and the second one contains it in concentration of 0.2%, optical density is measured in both portions of the marine diesel engine for high-speed diesel engines, in case their difference is above 0.005 units, in the portion with lower optical density the reference residual fuel is added in drops to achieve the difference ≤0.005 units, the residue is extracted under room temperature in closed flasks, at the same time in the first flask - by the prepared portion of marine diesel fuel for high-speed diesel engines with fuel without an additive, and in the second one - with an additive, which are introduced into flasks without damage of the residue structure, in 0.25 hr upon completion of introduction of marine diesel fuel portions for high-speed diesel engines, the first measurement of optical densities is carried out in both portions of the solution, taken from one level of flasks, in 24-25 hr after the first measurement, the second measurement of optical densities is carried out in solutions taken from one level of flasks, and efficiency of the dispersing additive Eadd is calculated on the basis of the given ratio, and is the value Eadd>100%, the additive is recognised efficient.
EFFECT: tests speed-up.
