SUBSTANCE: according to one implementation version, the method for production of a beverage of separately chosen colour from the postmix beverage dispensing system involves production of at least two beverage bases for dispensing from the postmix beverage dispensing system; separate storage of at least two colouring agents in the postmix beverage dispensing system; the computer processor receiving a request for the chosen beverage base and the separately chosen colour and automatic dispensing of the chosen beverage base and at least one of the colouring agents (in response to choice of the beverage base and separately chosen colour)for production of a beverage of the separately chosen colour through one valve of the postmix beverage dispensing system, continuously and at the ratio preliminarily specified for any volume of the beverage dispensed.
