SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication systems with multiple inputs and multiple outputs (MIMO), comprising determined channels, in which MIMO configuration is applied to channels operating within the limits of direct visibility. The MIMO communication system operating within the limits of direct vision comprising multiple channels includes a unit of processing to calculate a channel matrix at the transmission side or at the reception side, or on both sides: on the transmission side and on the reception side. The unit of processing to calculate a channel matrix updates the matrix to generate orthogonal channels in accordance with fluctuation of transmitting antenna location or receiving antenna location, or in compliance with fluctuation of channels, at the same time the matrix for generation of orthogonal channels is produced from a channel matrix of multiple channels, and the channel matrix is defined by means of geometric parameters of multiple channels related to location.

EFFECT: increased throughput capacity of a communication channel.
