SUBSTANCE: radio transmission system has a MIMO reception processing unit for performing MIMO processing at the receiving side in order to output a plurality of modulated reception signals corresponding to a plurality of virtual channels, a cross-talk compensating unit for compensating for channel cross-talk contained in the plurality of modulated reception signals and caused by the difference in propagation delay in accordance with the distance between antennae and a carrier reconstruction unit, provided in accordance with each of a plurality of modulated reception signals for demodulating the input modulated signal and outputting a demodulated signal. The cross-talk compensation unit has an error detection unit, a compensation signal generator and an adder unit which sums up the compensation signals with the corresponding modulated reception signal and outputs the summation result on the carrier reconstruction unit as an input modulated signal.

EFFECT: efficient compensation of channel cross-talk and providing a high-quality communication channel.
