SUBSTANCE: method of internal user scheduling of quality of service (QoS) of an uplink includes detection of scheduling types associated with active uplink connections, which are supported by a subscriber station, parameters of QoS, complying with different types of scheduling and scheduling of active uplink connections for transfers along an uplink on the basis of various types of scheduling and their appropriate parameters of QoS. Scheduling types are detected in accordance with priorities as a unasked granting service (UGS)> a real-time polling service (rtPS) or an enhanced real-time polling service (ertPS)> a non-real-time polling service (nrtPS)> "best of existing" (BE).
EFFECT: method provides for efficient planning of quality service in a communication system.
