FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a layered structure that is used in particular for manufacture of garments. The present invention also relates to article of clothing, in particular, to gloves containing the said layered structure. The present invention also relates to a method of making this layered structure. The layered structure (1) used in particular for manufacture of clothing (50, 70) comprises at least the first layer (10) and the second layer (20, 22), and the second layer comprises at least a barrier layer (20), and contains a binder (30), placed intermittently between the barrier layer (20) and the first layer (10) to create a connection between the barrier layer and the first layer. Binder (30) comprises at least one component of low viscosity (32), through which the force (F), which occurs between the first and second layers (10, 20) and acting on at least one of the layers (10, 20) in the area (A1) of the force action distributed through the plastic flow in the region (A2), which is greater than the area (A1) of the force action. Also a binder (30) comprises at least one component (32), which is designed so that at a temperature 25°C its shear modulus is less than 3x10 Pa according to the Dahlquist criterion. A method of manufacturing a layered structure (1), used in particular for the manufacture of clothing (50, 70), which comprises the following steps: providing with a first layer (10) and the second layer (20, 22), and the second layer comprises at least barrier layer (20), providing a binder (30), comprising at least a first component (32) on the first side (301) of the binder (30) and a second component (34) on the second side (302) of the binder ( 30), which is opposite to the first side (301), and the first component (32) is made so that at a temperature 25°C its shear modulus does not exceed 3×105 Pa according to the Dahlquist criterion, intermittent placement of the binder (30) of the first side (301) on the second layer (20) and supply of at least one first power (91) of activation so that the first component (32) on the first side (301) of the binder (30) can form bond with the second layer (20), connecting together of the first layer (10) and the second layer (20), coupling their respective ends. In this case, the binder (30) is placed between the first and second layers (10, 20). Supply of at least one-half of power (92) of activation to the second side (302) of the binder (30) so that the second component (34) can penetrate into the first layer (10) and /or a binder (30, 32) to configure the connection of the first component (32) on the second side (302) of the binder (30) with the first layer (10), or supply of at least the second power (92) of activation to the second side (302) of the binder (30) so that the second component (34) can form the connection with the first layer (10).
EFFECT: object of the present invention is to provide a layered structure of the type mentioned above, especially for clothes and clothing items that should have a relatively high degree of flexibility along with good tactile property and interlaminar fixation.
