FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely oncology and concerns a method of treating lung cancer in a patient suffering a metastatic involvement of the only one lung. The autohemotherapy is combined with the transfusion of allogenic lympholeukocytic suspension taken from a one-group donor after stimulation of donor's leucopoiesis by neylogen 2.5 mcg/kg of body weight for 2-3 days to achieve the peripheral blood leukocyte level 20-25×109/l. It is followed by 2 sessions of leukocytelymphapheresis 4.5 total blood volume with collecting the suspension into sterile plastic containers. The suspension prepared by the session of cytapheresis is divided on 2 equal portions: the 1st portion is incubated with ronkoleukine 500.000 IU, the 2nd portion is incubated with leukinferone 300.000 IU at temperature 37°C for 180 minutes are intravenously introduced in the patient; the similar procedure is performed 24 hours later with the use allogenic lympholeukocytic suspension prepared by the second session of cytapheresis.
EFFECT: invention provides better results of anti-tumour drug-induced therapy of the patients suffering the metastatic involvement of the only one lung: faster achievement of remission, improved life quality and span of the patients.
