FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a horizontal driving shaft, where traction rods are mounted, every of which comprises two parts, one of which is connected with the shaft and includes a flexible link in the form of a chain freely arranged in the inner cavity of a compression spring, and the other part carries a striker. The striker is arranged in the form of a striking chain, the horizontal driving shaft is installed at the angle from 10-15° to the longitudinal axis of the basic machine, capable of rotation in a direction opposite to the direction of basic machine wheels rotation. Traction rods on the surface of the driving shaft are arranged evenly in longitudinal rows, in parallel to the shaft axis, with a certain pitch of traction rods installation in each row, at the same time each subsequent row of traction rods is longitudinally displaced relative to the previous row by half a pitch. Inside the shaft in parallel to its axis there are fingers installed to fix each separate row of traction rods, and to fix every traction rod there are stop bushings provided on the driving shaft surface. In the lower part of the traction rod flexible link there is a bushing installed, inside of which there is a finger arranged in parallel to the axis of the driving shaft, the axis perpendicularly to the axis of the driving shaft and a ring to connect the flexible link of the traction rod with the striking chain.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of snow and ice formations chipping.
