FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises heat engine, gas mixer, heat exchanger and expander-compressor. The latter comprises compression chamber and expansion chamber. Compression chamber inlet is communicated with gas mixer outlet. One inlet of the latter is communicated with heat engine exhaust gas outlet while another inlet communicated with atmosphere. Compression chamber outlet communicates via check valve with heat exchanger to take up heat from compressed air mix. Heat exchanger air mix outlet communicates with expansion chamber inlet while expansion chamber outlet communicates with atmosphere. Expander-compressor is engaged with heat engine. Rotary expander-compressor comprise housing accommodating rotor. Two roller contactors are arranged in housing seats and coupled via synchroniser with aforesaid rotor. Said rotor is furnished with, at least, two vanes that make compression and expansion chambers together with contactos. Work fluid feed and discharge channels are made in said housing chambers. Note here that expansion chamber inlet channel accommodates slide vale also coupled via synchroniser with rotor. Note also that check valve is arranged in compression chamber outlet channel.
EFFECT: efficient use of atmospheric air heat power and heat machine thermal power.
