SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely, differentiated precise application of the fertiliser dose proposed for a certain crop taking into account field inhomogeneity of the content of nutrient elements of plants in the soil. The method includes sampling for analysis. Determination of nutrient elements for plants in soil samples. The calculation of the compensation dose of fertilisers taking into account the initial content of nutrient elements of the soil. Automated application of compensation dose using modern means of navigation. Selection of soil samples for agrochemical analysis is carried out individually within areas of different yield defined by the scheme of yields of the field, as well as by harvesting. The moment of crossing the border of areas of different yield is determined by comparing the coordinates. The compensation dose of the fertiliser applied is calculated according to the formula: Nci=Nrp-Nar.i where Nci is the applied dose fertilisers compensation for the area, kg/ha rate of application, Nrp is the required dose of fertiliser, kg/ha rate of application; Nar.i is the amount of the nutrient elements in the soil of this area, kg/ha rate of application, i is the number of area.
