FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices, applied in traumatology. Device consists of components of Ilizarov's apparatus set and fragments of wires. Device represents closed support from semi-circle and quarter-circle, connected with two plates, bolts and nuts. On quarter-circle installed are 4-7 fragments of Kirshner's wires, with diameter 1.5-2 mm and 70-110 mm long, with regulated direction and level of fixation on quarter-circle.
EFFECT: invention ensures increase of efficiency and reduction of treatment terms for patients with fractures of tibial condyles, as well as reduction of radiation load on patient and absence of necessity of prolonged stay in hospital.
