FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: one should shift a lowered condyle upwards to provide congruence of articular surface, introduce an implant out of porous titanium nickelide under articular surface of patient's knee joint, fix an affected condyle with an osseous plate, in post-surgical period carry out external fixation of knee joint with a hinged orthesis, moreover, its supporting plates should be curved to develop the state of hypercorrection in patient's knee joint. Additionally, it is necessary to fulfill the correction of shin's axis with orthopedic insoles with the help of which it is possible to shift the loading onto internal edge of patient's foot in case of internal condylar disorder, and onto external edge - in case of internal condylar disorder. The innovation enables to provide earlier loading upon a patient's limb, reconstruct total volume of movements in knee joint and decrease the risk of trophic disorders in bony tissue.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
