FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: lifting support with jacket, which contains three telescopic elements, in cavity of which located is drive unit containing case element. On each end of case element chain wheel is located. Chain, which has first and second chain sections, located between two chain wheels, passes on chain wheels. On chain section drive rack is fixed. Drive unit also contains linear executive mechanism with electric engine. Electric engine by means of transmission mechanism sets in operation spindle with fixed for prevention of rotation spindle nut in order to ensure longitudinal travel of case element with chain wheels in such a way that telescopic elements are extended one from another or are pulled one into another depending on direction of electric engine rotation. Said three elements of jacket are made in form of telescopic guide. Said support contains one case element, which contains one chain and chain wheels. Both sections of chain are provided with drive rack. Spindle is located in case element section, spindle nut being located in case element.

EFFECT: simplification of support construction.
