FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: rehabilitation complex for lower extremities comprises a unit for launching and controlling rehabilitation modes and a mechanical trainer with a frame, which are placed on a mobile platform. Frame of mechanical trainer is installed with possibility of transverse movement on base. Mechanical trainer includes a longitudinal translational drive coupled with the bed frame to accommodate the rehabilitated limb. Mobile platform is made T-shaped in configuration, formed by a transverse beam and a longitudinal beam located along the base of the mobile platform and equipped with a wheel at the free end. Transverse beam is equipped with a pair of wheels. Hinge-lever mechanisms of mechanical trainer transmission are equipped with the first and the second curved closing links with smooth bend. Locking links are installed on both outer sides of transmission and are connected by hinges at their ends with the bed frame for placing the rehabilitated limb and with the mechanical trainer frame. Mechanical trainer of the rehabilitation complex for lower extremities comprises a longitudinal translational drive arranged on the frame, connected by transmission with bed frame to accommodate rehabilitated limb. Bed frame is formed from a hip lodgement and a shin lodgement, which are made in the form of frames formed from links.

EFFECT: providing improved ergonomics and functioning of simulators, which enable to use them with high efficiency in bed rest conditions.
