SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely oncology, and may be used for treating BcrAbI-positive laukaemia in an imanitib-resistant subject. That is ensured by introducing a therapeutically effective amount of 4-[(2,4-dichlor-5-methoxyphenyl)amino]-6-methoxy-7-[3-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)propoxy]-3-quinolinecarbonitryl.
EFFECT: use of the given inventions enables ensuring positive cytogenetic and haemotological effects both when treating BcrAbI-positive imanitib-resistant leukaemia, and when observing no resistance-associated mutations.
