FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises hollow barrel with plugged bottom provided with calibrated lateral orifice arranged on barrel side opposite the pickup hook. Hollow barrel top section has thread to connection with drilling string and case rigidly jointed to barrel below said thread while retainer with side flats in top section is arranged below said case. Cylindrical case with bottom groove made on pickup hook side is rigidly attached to said barrel, there outside and spring loaded downward from said case. Bottom of said case is furnished with horseshoe-shaped thrust bush while thrust bush with rectangular inner lengthwise opening is arranged above breakdown. Thrust bush is arranged outside of retainer to interact by said rectangular opening with retainer lateral flats, to displace upward and to deflect radial from pickup hook. Barrel is fitted into horseshoe-shaped bush to displace radially from pickup hook. Thrust bush may interact with deflecting wedge top end while horseshoed-shaped bush interacts with deflecting wedge side grooves.
