SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling and overhaul of oil and gas wells and can be used in construction of multi-hole wells and conversion of existing wells to the discharge of side horizontal shafts, which are multi-barbed by the method of cutting and drilling. Device includes a hollow shaft with a radial channel and a fishing hook for mating the baffling slip with possibility of connection to the pipe string, a hydro-vibrator. Fishing hook comprises housing with flushing channel and barb with ledges. Central channel of the lower part of the shaft is made as through, and in it there is a fixing bushing with the possibility of limited axial movement, which is plugged from below with a cover connected to the lower part of the fishing hook housing. Fixing bushing in upper and lower positions is locked by spring-loaded retainer, which is simultaneously guide pin and interacts with longitudinal groove made on outer surface of fixing bushing. In the fixing bushing there is a radial hole connecting the inner cavity of the barrel with the flushing channel extending to the upper surface of the fishing hook housing. Mating surfaces of lower part of barrel and fixing sleeve are sealed by sealing elements.

EFFECT: improved functionality and reliability of the device, possibility of reliable retention of the baffling slip in the fixed position during extraction, maximum exclusion of cases of tilting, leaving in well or loss during lifting to surface, excluding carrying out of emergency works, orientation is facilitated, operations on capture of baffling slip are simplified.
