FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: control method of gas injection system to internal combustion engine (ICE) (18) operating on gaseous and liquid fuels, which involves gas bottle (11), shutoff valve (14) and several valves of gas burners (17), consists in closing of shutoff valve (14), start-up of ICE and opening of all valves of gas burners (17) as per the specified scheme at closed shutoff valve. In accordance with the scheme, pressure on valves of gas burners (17) is reduced until at least one opening valve is determined, and gas pressure on valves of gas burners is reduced by opening of that valve. Also, control device of operation of gas injection system to ICE, which is intended to implement the above method, is described.
EFFECT: avoiding the problem of sticking of gas burners valves.
