FIELD: building, particularly to lay underground pipelines floating in flooded trench and to lay pipelines over bog.
SUBSTANCE: method involves digging-out trench; laying pipeline on trench bottom and suspending ballast devices to the pipeline at design intervals with the use of hoisting means, wherein frameless suspended ballast devices are used as the ballast devices; providing the hoisting means with inventory mechanism before pipeline ballasting, wherein the inventory mechanism has fixers to which suspended ballast devices are suspended by lifting bails; arranging the inventory mechanism over the pipeline so that the inventory mechanism is supported by trench berms; bringing the inventory mechanism into register with upper pipeline generatrix and filling the ballast devices with ground; connecting the ballast devices to the pipeline and releasing the lifting bails from the fixers; filling the trench with ground.
EFFECT: increased reliability of pipeline ballasting.
