FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises automated workstation equipped with computer and colour mnemonic display device of current state of process equipment, and server. Server has the possibility of detecting defects and issuing the recommendations regarding their elimination to automated workstation, as well as the possibility of transferring diagnostic information to automated control system of process equipment through local computer networks of an enterprise. Besides, server is connected through networks and network equipment to conversion and processing unit of vibration monitoring and protection signals and to conversion and processing unit of vibration monitoring and diagnostics signals, which are connected to sensor groups through amplification and coordination units.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the system, improvement of diagnostics accuracy and evaluation and prediction of technical state of individual elements included in composition of functional assemblies.
