SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology and can be used for vibration monitoring and diagnostics of the technical condition of electrical machines, namely for a frequency-controlled electric drive of technological equipment of an enterprise in production systems with particularly critical technological installations, in particular in gas processing areas and distribution power systems. The device contains a combined unit for converting, monitoring and processing a vibration signal and continuously collects data on the vibration parameters of an electric machine, performs software processing of a vibration signal and provides further signal transmission to an automated workstation through a frequency converter of a variable frequency drive. The combined unit includes two piezoelectric vibration sensors and a microcontroller.

EFFECT: creation of a device that allows simplifying the structural diagram of the system, carrying out regular vibration control and diagnostics of a frequency-controlled electric drive during operation.
