FIELD: measurement technology; nuclear technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic techniques for fast neutron nuclear reactors. Diagnostic technique comprizes a process of measuring parameters of heat carrier, at that, the monitoring and control procedure involves measurement of oxygen activity in lead-bismuth heat carrier in the central buffer tank of reactor monoblock, measurement of oxygen activity in lead-bismuth heat carrier in the peripheral buffer tank of reactor monoblock, control measurement of oxygen activity in lead-bismuth heat carrier in the cold standby by phase sensor, which in the main time preserves its parameters outside the heat carrier and dips in lead-bismuth heat carrier only for the measurement time. Method also includes control of mass exchange apparatus for input of dissolved oxygen into heat carrier in order to ensure preset oxygen mode of heat carrier, control of afterburning and gas disperser for implementation of the hydrogen cleaning of heat carrier.

EFFECT: more effective diagnosis of heat carrier of lead-bismuth fast reactor.
