FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: ceiling built-in elevator for a multimedia projector has a chassis-shaped mounting plate which can be mounted on a bearing ceiling cover, and a platform which receives the projector, mounted with possibility of being lowered relative the mounting panel from a non-operating position to an operating position. To lower and raise the platform, there are four lifting screws which are kinematically connected to sliding nuts and synchronously actuated in both directions of rotation. According to the invention, the lifting screws and the sliding nuts are made from nylon and are provided with a round thread. The four lifting screws are mounted on four supports mounted in circular regions having shape of a chassis of the mounting plate. Each of the lifting screws can be actuated by driving wheels from one common drive lying under the mounting plate and mounted on it inside a rectangle formed by the lifting screws, and the platform is provided with a cut which captures the drive in at least the non-operating position.

EFFECT: easier use of a multimedia projector.
