SUBSTANCE: transmitter (100) for sending notice messages (165) to a terminal (160) receives tasks (135) of a filter, which sets a filter type for use in filtration of notice messages by alarming of how a terminal should interpret values of filter elements in notice messages when filtering notice messages. The transmitter (100) comprises a processor (110). The processor (110) sends a filter task for a terminal, determines elements of a filter (175) corresponding to inlet notice data. And also the processor (110) generates notice messages, which comprise filter elements and sends notice messages to a terminal (160), besides, notice messages may be filtered by a terminal, while the main central processor (240) of the terminal may remain disconnected and start only when receive a notice message of interest.
EFFECT: efficient and flexible approach to transfer notice messages to a terminal.
