FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of agriculture, in particular, to beekeeping. To extract bee-bread from honeycomb, honeycomb frames with bee-bread are dried, bee-bread honeycomb is separated from beehive frames, cooled, ground to produce wax and bee-bread mass, and bee-bread is separated from wax particles by means of pneumatic separation. The operation of separation of bee-bread honeycomb from beehive frames is carried out by means of heating of honeycomb frames to the temperature of 40-55°C with subsequent usage of centrifugal force of a rotary rotor with vertically fixed frames in its holders.
EFFECT: invention provides for increased quality of bee-bread, reduces time spent for performance of an operation.
