SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, gynecology and can be used for treatment of chronic diseases of internal genitals, female infertility. Combined manual external-internal gynecologic successive impact on genitals is performed directly in disease nidus. Internal impact is performed through vaginal fornices. Complete clearing from adhesive processes of uterus (M), ovaries (O), fallopian tubes (FT), ablation of peritoneal adhesions, recovery of FT functionality are performed. Clearing of U from adhesive processes is performed in its projection by palpating, stretching movements with the following translational-stretching and vibrating movements, bringing U upward with its fixation by promontory of sacral bone. In case of O adhesion, their manual separation by sawing movements is performed. Clearing of FT from peritubal adhesions is performed by reciprocating and pulsing movements along their entire length. In order to ablate highly-located adhesions of internal genitals, position of manual impact is changed with turn by angle from 90° to 180°. Recovery of FT patency in case of sactosalpinx is performed by method of hydrolic clip with application of physiological fluid of FT, recovery of their functionality is performed by superficial circular vibrating movements from uterine end of tube in direction to its distal end.
EFFECT: method ensures treatment of chronic diseases of internal genitals, complicated by commissure-infiltrative processes, pain syndrome and tubal infertility, with complete recovery of their anatomomorphologic state.
