FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: after adhesiolysis and restoration of passability of uterine tubes one should wash out the cavity of small pelvis with ozonized physiological solution at 5-6 mg/l. On the 1st -2nd d of postoperative period one should carry out seances of curative plasmapheresis in interrupted mode at 2-4 seances at 2-d-long interval. Simultaneously, it is necessary to perform intravenous injection of ozonized physiological solution by drops at 2 mg/l for 5 seances. On the 5th -7th d of postoperative period curative hydrotubation should be conducted with ozonized physiological solution at 0.5 mg/l under control of transvaginal hysterosalpingoechography. Hydrotubation should be repeated in 1-2 mo. The suggested innovation decreases possibility for adhesive process in small pelvic cavity. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 ex
