What is offered is a pharmaceutical composition in the solid dosage form possessing neuroprotective, antiamnestic, antihypoxic, antioxidant and antiischemic activity in a combination with antiemetic activity, containing methionyl-glutamyl-histidyl-phenylalanine-prolyl-glycyl-proline and ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate as active ingredients in certain proportions. What is presented is using said composition for making an agent for preventing and treating acute and chronic disturbed cerebral circulation. There are presented agent and method for preventing and treating acute and chronic disturbed cerebral circulation.
EFFECT: presented group of inventions provides effective agents aiming at preventing and treating acute and chronic disturbed cerebral circulation with minimal side effects and antiemetic activity.
