FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning process gases and aspiration emissions in chemical and food industries, metallurgy, etc. Proposed bag filter comprises tapered-cylinder casing divided into dusty and clean gas chambers with dusty gas feed branch pipe and cleaned gas discharge branch pipe, filtration sleeves with dead-end bottom consisting of carcasses with filtration material pulled thereon, regeneration device made up of solenoid valves, nozzles, compressed air feed tube, regeneration control device, and dust collection bin with discharge branch pipe. Bag filter bottom is furnished with tapered-cylinder uniflow cyclone with its outer surface provided with punched lugs bent for 45° from cyclone surface. Note here that every punched lug is arranged at 45° relative to cyclone lengthwise axis. Comical spreader is arranged inside said cyclone to maintain dust-gas flow rate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, compact design, decreased metal intensity.
