FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises layer-by-layer application of investment suspension with no organic solvents onto pattern, dusting every layer with granular material, drying and casting the pattern. After dusting, patterns are deaerated in vacuum chamber and air dried. Deaeration is performed at pressure of 0.7…0.95·105 Pa for 60 s.
EFFECT: decreased porosity of working layer, higher strength and crack resistance of investment mould.
