SUBSTANCE: invention refers to foundry engineering. A refractory suspension is applied onto a unit of molten out models.It is dusted with granular material Into the first layer of the cover, into the composition of granular material for dusting there introduced is aluminium powder in the quantity of 5-10 wt %, and starting from the second layer of the cover, there introduced is oxygen-containing substance in the quantity of 5-10 wt % and boric acid in the quantity of 2-3 wt %. Models are melted out. The obtained cover is dried and hardened.

EFFECT: improving safety of a casting process as per molten out models at high quality of shell-type shapes and the obtained casts.
