FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of refractory suspension, layer-by-layer forming of refractory layers of a shell, drying, hardening, model melting, drying and annealing of the obtained ceramic mould. After dusting material is applied onto the suspension layer and dried in the areas of complex geometrical profile it is subject to the action of a pulse jet of organic material in the form of an aerosol with the consumption rate of 10-30 cm3/kg per two or three cycles. The aerosol is supplied for 0.5 s in one cycle with the periodicity of 1-2 minutes. The aerosol is applied onto the third, fifth and seventh layers of the mould.
EFFECT: production of ceramic moulds with stable strength parameters for cast parts with complex geometry profile.
