FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy of compound-alloy welding materials and may be used for manual and automatic welding of high-nickel alloys parts. Proposed welding wire comprises the following components in wt %: carbon 0.001-0.030, silicon 0.01-0.20, manganese 0.6-2.0, chromium 19.0-20.5, nickel 44.0-47.0, molybdenum 3.3-4.3, niobium 0.7-1.0, cobalt 0.005-0.100, aluminium 0.001-0.010, yttrium 0.01-0.15, nitrogen 0.001-0.020, sulfur 0.001-0.020, phosphorus 0.001-0.025, copper 0.005-0.200, iron making the rest. Note here that (P+0.5Cu)x(0.5Mn+Ni)≤3.04.
EFFECT: weld metal with higher and prolonged durability, high creep strength.
