FIELD: metallurgy industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when designing critical constructions from iron-chromium-nickel-based heat-resistant alloys, and namely for manufacturing soaking sections of high-temperature pyrolysis devices, which are subject to considerable static loads operating at temperatures of 900-1100°C, in conditions of carbonisation, corrosion and wear of tubes. Welding wire includes the following component ratio, wt %: carbon 0.25-0.55, silicium 0.8-2.0, manganese 0.5-2.0, chrome 22-27, nickel 25-40, molybdenum 0.1-0.6, tungsten 0.5-5.0, niobium 0.5-2.0, titanium 0.1-0.6, aluminium 0.1-1.0, zirconium 0.05-0.1, yttrium 0.01-0.1, calcium 0.01-0.05, magnesium 0.01-0.1, boron 0.0005-0.005, iron, impurities and gases - the rest. Besides there limited is total wire content of zirconium, yttrium, calcium and magnesium, total content of manganese, niobium and tungsten, as well as content of impurities and gases.
EFFECT: wire composition provides increase of long-term strength and resistance to carbonisation of the weld metal, increase of resistance to hot cracks during welding and hot pressure shaping when manufacturing wire.
