FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of panels with stiffness elements and base members for making said panels. Proposed method comprises steps whereat panel is fixed at assembly jig, base member is fixed thereon, panel and base member are brought in engagement with stringer to joint stringer with panel. In compliance with first version, base member comprises bed, lateral thrust units extending from said bed and arranged along its edges, and elastic elements. Said base member is produced by build-up. In compliance with second version, base member comprises bed, lateral thrust units extending from said bed and arranged along its edges, and elastic elements. Said elastic elements comprise flexible cantilever post and ledge to engage with stringer to make latch joint. In compliance with third version, base member comprises bed, lateral thrust units extending from said bed and arranged along its edges, and elastic elements. Said elastic elements comprises elastic spring to engage with stringer and to be deformed in response to stringer width variation.
EFFECT: simplified procedure.
