SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of silicates and production of glass, which can be used in production of decorative and art and general-purpose articles. The mixture for producing coloured glass contains the following in wt %: soda 11.0-13.0; quartz sand 70.0-74.0; diopside rock 5.0-7.0; chalk 5.0-7.0; malachite 3.0-7.0. The glass has melting temperature of 1400°C. The glass has a green colour.
EFFECT: low melting temperature of the glass.
