FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: workpiece is made from steel with the specified chemical composition and heated to 1190-1220°C during 5-6 hours; preliminary deformation with regulated swaging of not less than 12% is performed at temperature of 1020-1120°C; final deformation is performed at temperature of 800-840°C; at that, each next swaging is larger than the previous one by 1-2%; then, hot straightening of strip and cooling is performed in quick cooling plant to temperature of 500-560°C at the rate of 16-20% with further slow cooling to temperature of not more than 150°C and then, in the air.
EFFECT: providing yield strength of not less than 570 for steel with strength class K65 and 590 for steel with strength class K70, ultimate resistance of not less than 650 for steel with strength class K65, and 690 for steel with strength class K70 and high crack resistance at maintaining high manufacturability.
