FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling and can be used in production of wide hot-rolled sheets out of sheets of steel grades of pipe assortment, strength class K60. To achieve technical result, slabs are heated to 1,130–1,180 °C, multi-pass roughing is performed at single relative reduction of not less than 12 % at 950–1,070 °C, finishing rolling at 790–850 °C, accelerated cooling of rolled sheet at rate of 16–26 °C/s, wherein the temperature of the beginning of accelerated cooling is not less than 780 °C, and the end is in range of 530–600 °C. Low-alloyed steel has the following chemical composition, wt%: carbon 0.05–0.08, manganese 1.60–1.75, silicon 0.10–0.35, aluminum 0.02–0.05, chrome 0.01–0.10, nickel 0.15–0.30, copper 0.10–0.20, molybdenum 0.002–0.27, titanium 0.015–0.030, niobium 0.045–0.065, vanadium 0.003–0.030, nitrogen 0.001–0.008, sulfur 0.001–0.005, phosphorus 0.003–0.013, iron – the rest.
EFFECT: increasing cold resistance, crack resistance and corrosion resistance at maintaining sufficient level of strength and plastic properties.
