FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: rolled plate manufacturing method involves steel making of certain chemical composition, alloying, out-of-furnace treatment, steel pouring, austenisation, preliminary and final deformation at temperature of 750-950°C, slow cooling at 550-200°C with speed of not more than 0.005°C/sec, and after that, in still air to the ambient temperature; then, heating of rolled plate is performed to the temperature of 900-980°C with further exposure of 1.0-5.5 min/mm and cooling in the air to the ambient temperature.
EFFECT: increasing impact strength parameters and improving production factors of rolled stock.
